Hi there! I’m Nicolette the homesteader behind Veggie Homesteading. We are a vegetarian family living on a little bit of land with our gardens, chickens and dairy goats.

Join me in making delicious food for my family where I try to use things I grow and harvest.

My homesteading dream is to be as self sufficient as our land allows. We collect eggs from our chickens and make all sorts of dairy products from our goats. Our garden is still growing slowly as we learn the land and what grows best out doors vs in our tunnels. So far Tomatoes love tunnel life and the bugs leave them alone in there!
