Step 1: Prepare the Base
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for the base (almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt). Stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8-inch square baking dish to form an even layer. Place it in the freezer while you prepare the other layers.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Pour this peanut butter mixture over the frozen base, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top of the filling. Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.
Step 3: Prepare the Chocolate Coating
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, stirring until smooth.
Step 4: Assemble the Snickers Bars
- Once the peanut butter filling has set, remove the tray from the freezer and carefully cut it into 12 individual bars.
- Dip or drizzle each bar with the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s well-coated. Place the bars back in the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
